I have created several dilectable menus that seek to delight even
the most discriminatory palate, and these have proven to be tried and true
favorites. They are designed to simplify one of the many decisions you must make
regarding your event, but you are by no means limited to these choices. All of my
menus are flexible to accomodate personal tastes, desires, and visions, and I will
personally work with you to create a sumptuous feast for your guests' pleasure. Prices include service charges are listed per person, and are based on a minimum of 200 guests although we cater to any number.
